The Control4 Assist Team can answer questions about hardware warranty policies regarding Control4 products. Warranties active for services are provided directly by your independent professional integrator.

Surveillance-detected events will trigger an immediate push notification - complete with a snapshot - to your mobile device for review. If further investigation is warranted, tapping the notification will deep link you to the saved video clip of the event or directly to a live view of that camera.
